Abstract Guidelines
Abstract rules for Mid-Term ISPGHANCON - 27th - 28thJune 2026, Jaipur.
- Abstracts are invited for Plenary Session (Oral) and Poster presentation during the Mid Term ISPGHANCON on 27th - 28th June 2026 in Jaipur.
- Posters and plenary sessions will be in 2 categories - Liver / Pancreato biliary & Gastrointestinal / Nutrition disorders.
- 6 best oral abstract from each category (total of 12 abstracts) will be selected by a panel of judges for oral presentation in the plenary session.
- For these presentations only abstract needs to be submitted.
- There is no age bar for the Plenary Sessions.
- The study should not have been published in a journal already.
- The candidate may send one or more number of abstracts under the headings above.
- They should mention their abstract category (Liver-pancreatobiliary /gastrointestinal ) and choice of presentation ( oral / poster / either of the two).
- All papers presented in the plenary session/posters will be scored by a panel of judges.
- Oral presentation is to be done in 7 minutes followed by 2 minutes for Question & answers.
- Posters will be e-posters.
- The best three presentations in both categories or oral and poster will be awarded in the valedictory function.
- All candidates submitting abstracts need to register for the conference (at the early bird rate.)
- Applications for Plenary and Poster should be submitted to midtermispghancon@gmail.com.
- Abstract Submission date has been extended till 10th May 2026.
